After few months work and gathering documents and paying for appraisal for almost double what I was told and what was on loan statement and running my credit twice because it was taking too long!?I got the email that refinance DECLINE because we can't verify your income.

I called several times to the office and her mobile but no answer!? Finally, I got the email saying: " I am sorry, I had a personal problem, but I will call you next Monday". And that call never came.

I wish before doing business with her I would read the reviews like you.Do not waste your Time and money with this people.
