After few months work and gathering documents and paying for appraisal for almost double what I was told and what was on loan statement and running my credit twice because it was taking too long!? I got the email that refinance DECLINE because we can't verify your income.
I called several times to the office and her mobile but no answer!? Finally, I got the email saying: " I am sorry, I had a personal problem, but I will call you next Monday". And that call never came.
I wish before doing business with her I would read the reviews like you. Do not waste your Time and money with this people.
